Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.3 - Onshuu no Kanata ni＿＿
Shinya Kougami is traveling through war-torn Southeast Asia when he heads toward the Tibet-Himalayan Alliance. Along the way, he meets Guillermo Garcia, a paramilitary commander trying to restore peace in the region, but turns down his invitation to join. When Kougami steps in to protect a refugee convoy under attack by guerrillas, his fighting prowess catches the attention of Tenzing Wangchuck, a young half-Japanese, half-Tibetan girl who lost her parents in the conflict. Impressed by what she witnesses, Tenzing asks him to train her—not just to fight, but specifically to kill the man responsible for her parents' deaths. Kougami's principles normally wouldn't allow him to help with something like that, but he sympathizes with Tenzing's pain and agrees to teach her anyway. Things get complicated when Frederica Hanashiro shows up from Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She's there to locate and bring back Japanese emigrants who were abandoned years ago—and Tenzing is one of them. The ministry also wants to bring them under the Sibyl System's control.
