Kyoukaisenjou no Horizon
Humanity once fled a ruined Earth for a realm called Tenjou, but when that world collapsed during a catastrophic war, survivors were forced back to a planet that had become almost uninhabitable. Only the Shinshuu region in the Far East remained livable. To make room for everyone, they created a duplicate world called Juusou Sekai in a parallel dimension. The plan was to rebuild both Tenjou and the natural laws of causality by literally replaying human history from scratch, starting at 10,000 B.C. For a while it worked—until A.D. 1413, when a war in Shinshuu caused the entire parallel world to collapse and crash into the original one. The displaced inhabitants of Juusou Sekai invaded, Shinshuu fell, and the land got divided up among the invaders. Humanity tried starting over again around 1457, but the historical reenactment got stuck and couldn't advance past 1648. Now, with the simulation seemingly broken and unable to progress, apocalyptic rumors are spreading across the world. Against this backdrop, a floating fortress city called Musashi—composed of eight interconnected ships—hangs in the sky. Its students are about to become key players in a massive conflict that could reshape the fate of the entire world.
