Synopsis

Ramen and manga are both beloved Japanese exports, but nobody had combined them until this series. Follow the cool, enigmatic high school student Ms. Koizumi and her friends as they explore Japan's authentic ramen culture—from street stalls and restaurants to home cooking and instant ramen. The manga covers everything: noodle types, broths, toppings, the works. You'll pick up ramen knowledge that even a lot of Japanese people don't have, though Ms. Koizumi certainly does.
