The organization Fraud is behind it all, running experiments on people like Kei and Ai—two escaped "headmeters" with powerful psychokinetic abilities. Mr. Lee is desperate to recapture Ai, believing she's the key to unlocking incredible power. Kei just wants to keep her safe. Meanwhile, the ruthless Lai Lo Ching pursues his own agenda.
