Synopsis

Kotarou Higuchi is a sixth-grader dealing with the usual pressures—cramming to pass entrance exams for middle school while living alone in an apartment. That's already enough on his plate, but things get weird when he finds a girl in a frilly black dress waiting outside his door one morning, asking to be his friend. He tries to brush her off, but she's not having it. She literally follows him to school and back home. Eventually he gives up and finds out her name is Misha and she's his new neighbor. Oh, and she claims to be an angel from Heaven working toward her full-time angel certification. Now Kotarou's stuck figuring out what to do with this clingy angel living next door.
