Hokuto no Ken: Jubaku no Machi
After a nuclear war devastated Earth and poisoned most of the water supply, a dictator named Sanga seized power in the fortified city of Last Land by controlling the only clean water around. When he finds out that the neighboring Freedom Village is trying to dig their own well, he sends his men to destroy it. Kenshiro, a master of the martial art Hokuto Shinken, gets pulled into the conflict when he rescues Tobi, an informant working for Freedom Village.
