Synopsis

Kinjiro Sakamachi is a pretty normal seventeen-year-old guy, except for one major problem: he's terrified of women. Like, genuinely phobic. His fear tends to trigger nosebleeds, but he's managed to keep it under control—until everything falls apart. One bathroom trip at school changes everything when he accidentally discovers that Konoe Subaru, the school's popular and seemingly perfect guy, is actually a girl. Before he can even process this, Kanade Suzutsuki—the principal's mean and controlling daughter—finds out he knows the secret. She decides to blackmail him, making it her mission to "cure" his gynophobia through constant harassment and increasingly brutal "exposure therapy." Whether Kanade actually wants to help him get over his phobia or just enjoys tormenting him is unclear. Either way, Kinjiro's life has officially become a nightmare.
