COMPILER follows the Igarashi brothers Nachi and Toshi, who end up living with two interdimensional beings named Compiler and Assembler. The two were originally sent to Earth to conquer it through destruction and creation, but they decided the planet was way more fun to actually live on than to destroy. So they moved in with the brothers instead. Romantic tension starts building between Nachi and Compiler, and between Toshi and Assembler, though nobody's willing to actually talk about their feelings. Things get complicated when their superiors back home find out about the betrayal and send two assassins, Bios and Directory, to eliminate the traitors and finally get the invasion back on track. Cue the chaos.
