Synopsis

Kubera grows up in a world where gods live forever, suras wield godlike power, and humans just try to survive. She's a girl with a god's name who's supposed to change everything—at least according to prophecy. That all falls apart when her village burns to the ground. A magician named Asha shows up just in time to save her, and the two set off together. They're looking for answers about what happened and, obviously, revenge against whoever destroyed her home.
