Synopsis

Satou Ichirou used to roleplay as a fantasy hero named Maryuin Kouga, acting out elaborate delusions at school. His classmates bullied him relentlessly for it, so he eventually transferred. At his new school, he's trying to keep his head down and act normal. Then he meets a girl named Satou Ryouko who wears a blue cape and claims to be a researcher from another world searching for something called the "Dragon Terminal." Ichirou's first instinct is to distance himself—her behavior hits too close to home and dredges up all those embarrassing memories. But when he watches her get bullied by other students, he has a change of heart. To help Ryouko reconnect with reality, Ichirou decides to embrace both her and his own past. He accepts his old identity as Maryuin Kouga and teams up with her for their final adventure.
