To prevent history from repeating itself, Rosewood Academy was built as a training ground for the next generation of heroes. Fast forward to today, and the school only accepts the cream of the crop—with Arnest Flaming sitting at the very top. She's earned the nickname "Empress of Flame" for good reason, but her reign as the undisputed strongest gets shaken up when she runs into a carefree guy in the hallway who somehow matches her power level.
