Synopsis

Nonoko works as a dentist in Dragon Country, where her real job is protecting the dragon that guards the nation from cavity-causing bacteria. Things get complicated when war with a neighboring country heats up. Nonoko discovers an unconscious enemy soldier named Bell lodged on the dragon's tooth. The dragon mysteriously resurrects him—something that supposedly only happens right before a catastrophe. As Nonoko and Bell get caught up in increasingly brutal battles together, they gradually come to terms with what's happening and accept their fate.
