Synopsis

The government is running several schools to manage and educate the people with special powers that have started appearing in this era. One of them is the island academy Tartaros. Kamui Kaminaga, a newly appointed teacher for this academy has witnessed in what kind of state this institution currently is. Very few teachers are able to interfere when the students with special abilities start fights or bully each other. Furthermore, some are even trying to aim their powers at the outside world.
