Mushi-Uta
Mushi-uta takes place in the near future, about a decade after bizarre insect-like creatures called Mushi first appeared. These creatures can eat people's dreams and memories in exchange for giving them supernatural abilities. The story follows Kakkou, a laid-back guy who meets a girl named Shiika and they gradually grow close. What Kakkou doesn't know is that Shiika escaped from GARDEN, a secret facility that locks up people infected with Mushi—called Mushitsuki. When GARDEN sends its best assassin after her, the two end up caught in the middle of a larger conflict between GARDEN's military branch and Mushibane, a resistance group secretly headed by someone known only as Ladybird.
