S to M no Sekai
Sekai Maihime survives a fatal train crash only to be transported back in time, where she learns she possesses hidden powers tied to a mysterious doll named 'S.' Her mysterious guardian Sovieul—who's apparently responsible for dragging her to 17th century France—promises to protect her but refuses to explain what's actually going on. Things get complicated when they run into Machiavello, a villain who happens to look exactly like Sekai's childhood sweetheart and first love, Midou. Machiavello is after Sekai and 'S's' combined powers because he wants to unlock the power of the Devil R. Meanwhile, all Sekai wants is to find Midou and get back to her own time, but she's stuck dealing with conflicting desires between herself and 'S,' plus Machiavello constantly trying to take over her body. To have any shot at finding Midou, she has to work with both 'S' and Sovieul to jump through time while staying one step ahead of Machiavello.
