Synopsis

Hakuno Kishinami wakes up at school with no memory and a splitting headache. From his classroom window, he watches two girls fighting in the courtyard—hard enough to shatter glass. Nobody seems to care. Then an armored knight storms in and starts massacring students with a lance, forcing Hakuno to run for his life. After escaping, Hakuno realizes he's completely lost his memory. The only thing stuck in his head is "Holy Grail War." He wanders through the empty school until two strangers corner him. He's bleeding out, surrounded by bodies, barely clinging to consciousness. Just as the attackers move in for the kill, a woman in a red dress appears and pulls him back. She calls him her Master and draws her blade against the assailants, forging a contract that binds them together. Whatever's coming next, he won't face it alone.
