Synopsis

Ririka seems like a pretty normal student, but she's got a secret: she can transform into Nurse Angel using a special nurse hat that her senpai Kanou gave her. Kanou's actually from another dimension that's connected to ours. Her classmate and neighbor Seiya figures out what's going on and ends up helping her out whenever she needs it. Together they fight off evil monsters.
