Synopsis

Montblanc, a legendary Swiss robot celebrated for his role in the 39th Asian War, is brutally murdered. The beloved figure had only grown more popular since the conflict ended, thanks to his passion for nature conservation and his gentle demeanor. His death sends shockwaves around the globe. Gesicht, another war veteran and now a detective for Europol, takes on the case. As he digs deeper, he discovers a shadowy figure called Pluto and uncovers evidence of a larger conspiracy—someone is systematically targeting the eight elite robots who fought in the war. With time running out and the remaining robots in danger, Gesicht has to confront his own fragmented memories and moral doubts while trying to preserve the delicate peace between humans and machines in an increasingly hostile world.
