Synopsis

Yukio "Koyuki" Tanaka spent his middle school years pretty much sleepwalking through life, content to just listen to J-pop and not much else. That changed when he randomly met Ryuusuke "Ray" Minami, a talented guitarist who completely shifted Koyuki's perspective. Ray introduced him to western rock music and basically lit a fire under him to actually pick up a guitar himself. From there, Koyuki's got a lot to juggle—school, work, his friends, and now this newfound passion for music that keeps threatening to derail everything. Beck follows his journey as he and Ray chase the dream of building the ultimate band, dealing with all the real obstacles and emotional baggage that comes with trying to make it in the music industry. It's basically a story about what it takes to commit to something you actually care about.
