Synopsis

Aikawa Wataru's father is getting transferred overseas, so Wataru decides to stay behind and live independently in Japan. As the new kid, his teacher ropes him into becoming a Library Representative. Another rep mentions they need one more member and asks Wataru to track her down. Since he has no idea what she looks like, he ends up wandering around school until he overhears two girls talking trash about her. Turns out she's got a pretty bad reputation. The girl he's looking for is Kobayakawa Rinko—but what's actually going on with her? Why is she so difficult to deal with? (Manaka also shows up at some point)
