Synopsis

Tasuke Yashiro has a family curse disguised as a gift: he can talk to animals. His dad expects him to carry on the family tradition of animal counseling and veterinary work, but Tasuke's got different priorities—he wants to be loaded. When he falls for Misato, he figures adopting her dog (which she can't keep anymore) will be a solid move. Of course, it backfires spectacularly. Tasuke ends up with a growing menagerie, a bunch of new friends, and a cat that won't leave him alone—and somehow none of this gets him any closer to his original plan.
