Synopsis

Risky is an apprentice shinigami set on killing Moe, but there's a catch—she's magically bonded with Safety, an apprentice angel, and transforms into Safety whenever she hears something kind. Since shinigami can only harvest souls from people who are deeply depressed, Risky's got her work cut out for her. It doesn't help that Safety keeps accidentally cheering Moe up whenever she shows up, making the whole situation basically impossible.
