Synopsis

Chie is a ten-year-old kid stuck running her family's diner while her dad—a jobless yakuza—and her mom are separated. Yeah, it sounds completely depressing on paper, but it's actually hilarious. The manga follows what's basically the most unlucky girl in Japan, and somehow manages to turn that situation into genuine comedy.
