Synopsis

Chitose is an energetic elementary school kid with a mischievous streak. She's completely obsessed with this older guy who works at the town hall next to her school—she calls him "oniichan." The thing is, she won't leave the poor guy alone. He's constantly getting pestered and bothered by her. The real question is: will oniichan ever actually catch a break?
