Yakusuke is a 25-year-old guy who's basically a magnet for trouble. He keeps showing up at crime scenes and always looks like the guilty party. Desperate for a way out, he turns to Kyouko, a brilliant detective known as the "Quickest Detective." There's a catch though—Kyouko has a weird condition.
