Synopsis

Mikoto Shinozaki is a scrawny, anxious 15-year-old sophomore who's basically a target for bullies at school. Then Yuki Fukazawa—a girl he's had a crush on—notices something beneath all that nervousness. She sees real potential in him. Convinced he's got what it takes to be a cyclist, she drags him into the school's new cycling club and won't take no for an answer. The story follows Mikoto as he discovers what cycling can do for him, both in terms of actual achievement and personal growth. The series began as a one-shot called "Over Drive" in Volume 15.
