Synopsis

On her sixteenth birthday, Himari Momochi learns she's inherited a mansion called the Momochi House—the only connection to her real family she has, since she grew up in an orphanage. She doesn't care about the rumors that the place is haunted and moves in anyway, only to discover that three guys—Aoi Nanamori, Ise, and Yukari—are already living there. They tell her to get out, but she's determined to be the one kicking them out instead. Things get weird fast. Youkai start attacking her, and it turns out the mansion exists in the space between the living world and the spirit realm. Aoi was chosen as the house's guardian—a job that should've been hers—but the deal came with a brutal cost: he's trapped there permanently and basically erased from the human world. Despite his warnings to leave, Himari moves in for real and vows to help him break the curse keeping him chained to the mansion.
