Forumi is a student at Garuchin Academy, a prestigious school that draws princes, princesses, and other exceptional students from across the magical realms. One night, what appears to be a shooting star actually turns out to be Prince Shizuka arriving from Hanazono, accompanied by his loyal servant Scrooge. His mission?
