Synopsis

Ryouta Sakamoto is a hopeless NEET in real life, but online he's a different story—a top-tier player in the bomb-throwing game Btooom! and ranked tenth in the world. Just as he's celebrating this achievement, he wakes up on a remote island with no memory of how he got there. Turns out someone has trapped him and dozens of other people—including a woman named Himiko and a real estate agent called Kiyoshi Taira—in a deadly real-world version of Btooom! This time, the bombs are real and they actually kill. Now stuck on this island in a brutal free-for-all, Ryouta has to figure out how to survive. The only way off? Kill seven other players.
