A creator crafted two ultimate beings—one embodying pure good, one pure evil—and loaded them with all his knowledge and power. Then he killed himself, apparently satisfied with the chaos his creations would unleash. A thousand years pass. When a peaceful city gets attacked by a monster summoned by Vice (the evil one) to lure out his opposite, Ultimo (the good one), the two finally meet. Their inevitable clash tears through the city, raising the obvious question: who actually wins when good and evil go head-to-head? And what do the cops make of all this destruction? The series also includes a pilot story, "Karakuri Douji Ultimo: 0."
