Synopsis

Ikumi Saiki is your typical otaku—geeky, awkward, and hopelessly single. But then one day on the train, he actually manages to do something heroic: he saves a beautiful girl from a drunk guy harassing her. Suddenly she's looking at him differently, seeing past the nerdy exterior to the decent person underneath. Maybe, just maybe, he actually has a shot at a real relationship. Trouble is, rescuing someone is way easier than actually talking to them. Desperate and out of his depth, Ikumi posts a panicked message online: "Help me get the girl of my dreams!" The post blows up. Before he knows it, the whole internet is invested in his love life, determined to prove that yeah, even an otaku can find true love.
