Yomi no Tsugai
Twin siblings born on the cusp of day and night grow up worlds apart. Yuru becomes a hunter while his sister Asa is kept caged and isolated, forbidden from contact with almost anyone. Years pass in this strange arrangement until armed men arrive by helicopter—the villagers call them "dragons"—and massacre the settlement looking for Yuru specifically. When Yuru rushes to rescue Asa, he discovers her already dead. Worse, the woman responsible claims to actually be his real twin sister. Before she can capture him, a visiting outsider named Dera steps in and pulls Yuru to safety. They don't get far though. Cornered and out of options, Dera forces Yuru to make an offering to the village's deity. The act summons a pair of daemons whose presence might finally expose what's really going on.
