In the world of Croket!, humans live alongside anthropomorphic animals and other exotic creatures. Bankers are adventurers who travel around collecting magical coins called Kinkas using special devices known as Kinka Banks. The legend goes that once a Banker gathers enough Kinkas, the Bank Wizard will appear and grant them whatever wish they desire. The story follows Croket, a young and determined Banker with superhuman strength. His goal is simple but personal: he wants to bring his father back to life. His father, Burger, was once a legendary Banker who was supposedly killed by a mysterious villain Croket knows only as the "Black Gown Man."
