Synopsis

Humanity's been hunted nearly to extinction, and the world is now filled with all kinds of strange creatures. A Golem living in the forest stumbles upon a malnourished child in chains—a human girl named Somali with no memory of her parents. Taking her in, the Golem and Somali develop a father-daughter bond. Determined to find other humans or at least locate her family, the Golem abandons his role as the forest's guardian. But Somali doesn't really care about finding her parents—as far as she's concerned, she already has the only family she needs. The story follows their journey as they search for other humans while keeping Somali's identity secret to protect her from danger.
