The Kingdom of Clays is in serious trouble. Someone just tried to assassinate Princess Lynneburg, and neighboring countries are already circling, waiting for their chance to tear the kingdom apart. The fallout could reshape the entire continent. But Noor? He has no idea any of this is happening. He's just arrived in the capital after spending over a decade training in isolation in the mountains, and he's laser-focused on one goal: becoming an adventurer. There's just one problem—his skills are basically worthless. Sure, he can parry thousands of swords in a single breath, but everyone knows that's not nearly enough to make it as an adventurer.
