Synopsis

Two hardworking teenage girls, Excel and Hyatt, juggle their day jobs at minimum wage while secretly working for ACROSS, a shadowy organization led by the mysteriously dignified Il Palazzo. The problem? ACROSS is basically just him, a flooded basement, these two unpaid interns, and a dog. Il Palazzo's too proud to admit it, obviously. Creator Rikudo Koshi uses the series to take satirical shots at pretty much everything—religion, public broadcasting, you name it. It's absurdist humor that doesn't shy away from the weird and dark: expect reindeer nosebleeds and puppies showing up on dinner plates. Society gets blamed for everything, and nothing is sacred.
