Long ago, the world had both magic and science, but people grew arrogant and lazy. God split it into two separate worlds: Elde, the realm of science, and Fandavale, the realm of magic. Then one day, a dark witch named Cendrillon—yes, that Cinderella—comes back to life in Fandavale with a sinister plan: she wants to rule both worlds and is hunting for the "key," a legendary object of immense power. A boy named Sōta from Elde crosses paths with Akazukin (Red Riding Hood), a mysterious girl from Fandavale, along with her talking wolf Val. Sōta soon discovers he's the key Cendrillon has been searching for. Now Akazukin, Val, and their allies—the Fairy Musketeers—have to keep Sōta safe from Cendrillon and her army of creatures called Nightmarelians, all desperate to harness the strange power he holds.
