Synopsis

The time for debate and mind games is over. Now comes the truth about Beatrice the Golden Witch. Bernkastel, the game master, has brought in Will Wright, a Mage-Hunter, to answer one question: Who killed Beatrice? He's joined by Lion Ushiromiya, Krauss's son and heir, though his purpose in the game remains unclear. As Will interrogates the mystery, he pulls together loose threads from all the previous games, unraveling the real story. This takes him back to Kinzou's first meeting with the young Beatrice and through all the legends that grew out of it since.
