Okojo-san
A white ermine named Okojo-san escapes from the exotic pet store where he's been living and ends up passed out in a garbage can. College student Haruka Tsuchiya finds him there and, thinking he's a ferret, brings him home to the Shiawase apartment complex. There, Okojo meets a bunch of other pets—like a gerbil named Chorori—and the various weird tenants living in the building. The whole series basically follows Okojo and his new friends as they navigate life with humans, household appliances, and all the strange stuff that comes with living in an apartment. Most of the humor comes from the show's absurdist take on situations, plus Okojo's dramatic overreactions to everything.
