A young glider technician crashes into what looks like a bizarre tree—except it's actually the nest of Earth's last dragon. When knights show up hunting the "Dragon Pearl," a legendary artifact that contains a dragon's life force and powers, the two end up fighting back together. In the chaos, the Pearl accidentally bonds with the technician, and now they're stuck: separating would kill the dragon. From there, it's a wild ride as they try to stay alive while constantly dodging knights and other enemies. The real challenge, though, isn't just the combat. As a human and a dragon try to work together and survive, they've got to figure out their massive differences and what's actually growing between them. Is it friendship? Something deeper?
