Psycho-Pass: Sinners of the System Case.2 - First Guardian
Frederica Hanashiro from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs shows up at the Public Safety Bureau with an offer for Teppei Sugou, an Enforcer in Division 01. Since Sugou used to be a skilled pilot in the National Defense Army, she's basically telling him he can clear his criminal record and get back into the military if he wants. While he's mulling it over, Sugou thinks back to his time as a soldier. During one mission, his commanding officer Itsuki Ootomo and their ground unit were left behind when Sugou's drone was ordered to drop supplies and pull out. The whole unit went missing—though it was pretty clear they didn't make it out alive. Then three months later, security footage from a massacre at the Ministry of Defense shows Ootomo alive at the scene. Now he's a suspect for helping terrorists, and Sugou teams up with Inspector Risa Aoyanagi and Enforcer Tomomi Masaoka to figure out what actually happened.
