Synopsis

Baltzar is a decorated soldier from a militarily advanced nation who's climbed the ranks fast—in a world where glory means constant warfare and peace is just downtime before the next conflict. His career gets derailed when he's reassigned to a neighboring allied country as a military adviser at their academy. The problem? The school is understaffed, the students are green, and the local civilians actively oppose military training. Can Baltzar win them over, or is he stuck trying to build an army nobody wants?
