Synopsis

Sakura witnesses a horrifying scene—a group of people burned alive in blue flames while a boy watches coldly. Her strong sense of justice compels her to investigate the next day, but she finds nothing. No bodies, no evidence, nothing to suggest the crime ever happened. Then Rei Oogami transfers into her school. He's charming and instantly popular, but Sakura recognizes him immediately as the killer she saw. She quickly figures out what he is: a "Code:Breaker," someone who operates completely outside the law. Rei justifies his killings with a simple philosophy—an eye for an eye, evil for evil. But Sakura isn't buying it. Convinced that what he's doing is wrong, she decides to stop him before he kills again.
