Synopsis

Aichi Sendou is a shy middle schooler who's spent most of his life trying to blend in and avoid attention. The one thing keeping him grounded is the "Blaster Blade" card—a Vanguard card he got as a kid. When he decides to actually start playing the game, everything changes for him. Vanguard itself is a card game set on the planet Cray, and its unique gameplay mechanics have made it a global phenomenon.
