Nanaka Kirisato is a serious seventeen-year-old focused on her studies and future. She's constantly on her best friend Nenji Nagihara's case about being an immature delinquent who's always getting into fights. After they have a big argument one day, Nanaka takes a tumble down the stairs and hits her head hard enough to regress her mind to that of a six-year-old. Now her father and Nenji have to keep the whole thing under wraps while she figures out how to live a normal life and grow up from scratch.
