Franken Fran Somewhere deep in rural Japan, Dr. Naomitsu Madaraki runs a surgery practice from his mansion—and his work is absolutely insane. While he's away, his artificial daughter Fran basically takes over the whole operation. She's got a crew of assistants to help her out: her unstable younger sister Veronica, Okita (who's part human, part cat), and various other weird creations her father left behind.
