Fam and Ihrie are on the hunt for the Ultimate Power—a legendary artifact supposedly capable of granting any wish. They get a map from a merchant named Galuff, which leads them to an ancient castle where they snag the Proof of Royalty. But they're not alone: they have to fight off rival treasure hunters Miguel and Rasha, plus Galuff himself, who turns out to be anything but trustworthy. Along the way, Fam and Ihrie discover that the Proof of Royalty is just one piece of the puzzle. To actually claim the Ultimate Power, they'll need two more artifacts: the Sword of Sargus and the Mirror of Truth.
