Synopsis

Tsutsui Hikari is a hardcore otaku who keeps to himself and avoids real people. He's got basically one friend at school—another social outcast—and everyone else treats him like a creep. Then one day he gets stuck cleaning the school pool with Igarashi Iroha, who's pretty much his nightmare fuel: she cuts class, says whatever's on her mind, doesn't hang with other girls, and has that whole "easy" vibe going on. Except she's actually nice to him. She even defends him when people mock him, which throws him completely off. Hikari's got serious trust issues and a mean streak, so he lashes out at her with some pretty harsh comments. But unlike everyone else, Iroha doesn't write him off as a creep—she just takes it in stride. Before long, it seems like Iroha might actually become his first real girlfriend. The catch? She's a 3D girl, not a 2D fantasy, and Hikari has absolutely no idea how to handle that.
