Lucia is a goddess from the Blue Star who lives in a blue spire. She wakes up because she senses something terrible is about to happen to Lunar—basically Earth. She meets a kid named Hiro who's really into legends and mythology. He convinces her to take him to find Athena so he can get powers strong enough to stop whatever's coming.
