Synopsis

Rio's a tough kid living rough in the slums, but at seven years old, everything changes when he realizes he's actually the reincarnation of Haruto Amakawa—a Japanese college student with a pretty dark history. Before he can even process that, Rio discovers he's got insanely powerful magic. He puts those abilities to use right away by solving a kidnapping case involving a young girl. Word gets out about what he did, and as a reward, he ends up getting admitted to an elite academy for nobility. Yeah, it's exactly as weird as it sounds.
